beautifully detailed replica of the Nauvoo Temple sunstone, correct to with in
1/8". It's design represents the
Celestial Kingdom, which the Lord compared to the glory of the sun in a
revelation to Joseph Smith (see Doctrine and Covenants 76:70, compare 1
Corinthians 15:40-42). The original was a two-piece, 2.5 ton limestone
carvings that adorned the columns of the Nauvoo Temple.
This wonderful
conversation piece will look great on any desk or bookcase.
